ENROLLMENT PROCESS
Requirements
- Passed the SLCS screening (assessment is FREE)
- Photocopy of birth certificate ( PSA )
- Four (4)copies of 2×2 photo
- One (1) recent family photo
- Copy of report card ( Form 138 ) from previous school
- Medical Certificate (“fit to go to work”/allergies/precautions)
Additional requirements for grade school students:
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school
- Form 137 (Official Transcript of Records)
- Signed SLCS Recommendation Form (as prescribed)
- Screening test (Free)
How To Enroll

For NEW STUDENTS, schedule your child’s screening:
- Pre-school – Teacher Shonna –
- Grade school – Teacher Mafe
For OLD STUDENTS, proceed to step 3.

Once the LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE has been secured, complete the other required documents, e.g., Form 138 from the previous school, and Birth Certificate to be submitted to the SLCS Office

Call SLCS Cashier for the class schedule, preferred section, and payment option.

Pre-School

- SGA ( Special Group Activities ) that provides SOCIAL SKILLS TRAINING to students (ex: sharing, turn taking, etc.)
Grade School
- Elementary Geometry as supplementary Math subject offered in our grade school program
- Journal Writing to develop English written communication skills
- TECHNOKIDS Information Technology curriculum for grade school students (output based IT program for students)
- Elective Programs to foster holistic learning (ex: playing musical instruments, foreign language, etc)
- Robotics Program for Grade 5 and 6 students
- Entrepreneurship Programs for Grade 4 to 6 students
- Values Formation Activities
YES. Aside from the monitored classes, uniformed guards, ALL ROOMS IN SLCS HAVE CCTVs to monitor the movement of all its students.
